This came out sappier than in my head, but I still like it.

Captain Quail 45 - To Infinity... (Dec. 31, 2013)

The changing of the year is always an interesting time. For the past couple years, for me, the thought around December 31st has been "I hope next year is better than the last year." For Allison and I, this comic has been a bright light and source of inspiration, and we hope to keep it going as long as we can. We've got a pretty incredible storyline starting later this week, and we can't wait to share that with you.

In this week's Philip Reviews Games, I simply have to talk about the game that I've spent the most time in over the past week: Little Inferno. I don't mind admitting I was a little bit of a pyromaniac growing up (nothing ever burned to ground or caused major property damage, so I think I'm ok). A game where I get rewarded for burning interesting objects with no real-world consequences has my name all over it. I'm kind of stunned it took me this long to discover Little Inferno, given that it sat in my Steam library for so long, and its made by some of the same people that produced the amazing World of Goo. I'm curious to see if Tomorrow Corporation branches out and keeps going, or if this will be their flaming eulogy.

Thanks,

Philip
